Dr. Seinde Fadeni has resigned from his role as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Consolidated Hallmark Holdings plc
Dr. Fadeni who joined the Board on December 4, 2024, ontributed to the organisation’s strategic oversight through his membership in two key committees, during his tenure.

About Dr. Seinde Fadeni
Dr. Seinde Fadeni is the founder and serving Managing Director/CEO of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a private indigenous multi-billion Naira company incorporated in Nigeria with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt.
He currently sits as board chairman of the Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) and Forte Upstream Services Limited. He has also served on the board of Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria where Total Upstream Nigeria Limited and her partners integrated their EGINA FPSO’s 6 topside modules, BSMEC (Badagry Ship Repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium, Elect & Chosen Limited, and Godsmart Limited.
Dr. Fadeni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Lagos, in addition to several certifications and courses such as the prestigious Owners/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard University. Furthermore, Dr. Fadeni is an Associate Member of several recognized organizations, including the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Nigerian Institute of Credit Management, and the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
