Baci and her team relied on staggering amounts of ingredients. These included 4,000 kilograms of washed basmati rice, which by Guinness rules had to account for at least 80% of the final weight. There were also 164 kilograms of goat meat, 220 kilograms of Gino Asun & peppered chicken cubes, and over 600 kilograms of her signature jollof pepper mix. The preparation required 1,200 kilograms of gas and a specially fabricated pot. The pot measured about six metres in diameter to handle the unprecedented volume.
