Tokyo 2025 World Championships: Noah Lyles Wins Fourth Consecutive 200m Gold Medal to Equal Usain Bolt’s Record

American sprinter Noah Lyles won his fourth consecutive Gold medal in the men’s 200m at the Tokyo 2025 World Championships to equal a record set by Jamaican track legend Usain Bolt.

Lyles finished with a time of 19.52s! to see off Kenny Bednarek – 19.58,  Bryan Levell – 19.64 and Letsile Tebogo of Botswana – 19.65, who finished second, third and fourth respectively.

Lyles win adds to his wins in 2023, 2021 and 2019 to move him level with Usain Bols Bolt’s who won four in a row from 2009 through 2015.
