UAC Foods Limited has appointed Temitope Omodele as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition for one of Nigeria’s leading food manufacturing companies.
Omodele, a seasoned finance executive with more than 18 years of experience spanning audit, financial reporting, corporate governance, and strategic leadership, succeeds to the top role after serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
UAC Foods Career
Prior to her appointment as MD/CEO, Omodele served as Chief Financial Officer of UAC Foods Limited from May 2023 and simultaneously held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at UAC of Nigeria Plc since September 2020.

Omodele currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Livestock Feeds Plc, a role she has held since October 2022.
From Audit Professional to Corporate Leader
Omodele’s professional journey began at KPMG Professional Services, where she built a distinguished career over 13 years between 2007 and 2020.
During her tenure at the global professional services firm, she advanced steadily through the ranks from Senior Associate to Senior Manager, including a notable international assignment in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Her work at KPMG covered a broad range of areas including:
– IFRS implementation and conversion projects
– Audit of listed companies and public interest entities
– Technical accounting advisory services
– Audit quality assurance and methodology development
– Regulatory engagement across Nigeria and other African markets
Academic and Professional Credentials
Omodele holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from the University of Lagos, where she graduated with honours.
She later earned an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, strengthening his expertise in corporate strategy and leadership.
In 2021, she completed an Executive Education programme at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, focusing on data analytics and emerging technologies for managerial decision-making.
