How to Apply
You’ll need to fill in and submit your application form online. To fill the form, visit the official portal: https://consular.mfaservices.nl/create-account
Create an account to begin then fill out the form with information about your:
- Passport details
- Travel itinerary
- Purpose of travel (tourism, business, family, study, etc.)
- Accommodation and means of support
You will need to scan and upload supporting documents. Make sure your files are clear and legible. Essential documents typically include:
- Printed, signed digital visa application form
- Passport (valid for at least 3 months after your return date, with 2 blank pages)
- Two recent passport-sized photos (as per Schengen standards)
- Travel insurance covering at least €30,000 in medical expenses
- Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings or invitation letter)
- Flight reservations
- Proof of financial means (bank statements, sponsor letter, etc.)
- Cover letter explaining your travel plans
