Berger Paints Nigeria Plc has announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Nkechi Ojeyokan, from the company effective 11 November 2025.
Following her exit, Mr. Kayode Abiodun has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer pending the selection of a substantive replacement. Mr. Abiodun is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience and extensive expertise in financial operations, governance, and the analysis and reporting of financial statements..
Mr. Abiodun currently serves as Cost Controller and Management Accountant at the company, a position he has held since 2022.
Before joining Berger Paints, he worked as Management Accountant and Supply Chain Operations Manager at Design Union Ltd (2020–2022) and as Financial Reporting Accountant at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (2015–2020).
A graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti, Mr. Abiodun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is recognized for his strong understanding of finance procedures, governance, and strategic financial management.
