Profitability Surges

Aradel Holdings management attributed the performance to higher production volumes, improved operational efficiency, and expanded asset consolidation following its late-2025 acquisitions.
Company revenue climbed to N728.5 billion, up from N199.9 billion in Q1 2025, supported by strong performance across all business segments:

Chief Executive Officer Adegbite Falade said the results reflect the transformational impact of the 2025 acquisitions and the company’s focus on operational optimisation and long-term value creation.
He noted that Aradel will continue to prioritise production efficiency, portfolio integration, and disciplined capital allocation under its long-term strategy.
