Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has issued an open call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies to provide Integrated Professional and Administrative Services across its operations.
The contract aims to support NLNG’s Professional Support Rationalisation Strategy by delivering high-quality secretarial, administrative, and multi-disciplinary professional support to leadership and various departments, while optimizing internal resources for higher-value activities.
Scope of Services
The successful contractor will supply integrated services covering:
– **Secretarial & Executive Administrative Support**: Calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, document preparation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with company processes including HSE and data confidentiality.
– **Integrated Professional Services**: HR operations (onboarding, personnel data, benefits, recruiting, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration), data analytics and reporting, corporate communications/CSR support, and procurement-related SAP functions.
– **Document Control & Information Management**: Registration, tracking, version control, archiving, transmittals, and audit-ready document repositories.
– **Ad-hoc Services**: Flexible workforce provision as required.
The contract will cover all NLNG locations and must fully comply with Nigerian labour laws and the company’s “care for people” principles.
Mandatory Requirements
Interested companies must submit a comprehensive set of documents, including:
– Certificate of Incorporation, CAC forms, Memorandum & Articles of Association.
– Tax Clearance Certificates (2023–2025), audited financial statements, and banking references.
– Relevant industry permits: Midstream/Downstream Oil & Gas Service Permit (NMDPRA), Employer’s/Recruiter’s Licence, NSITF compliance, and Nigerian Content Equipment Certificate (NCEC).
– Evidence of relevant experience in the last five years, HR policies, Quality/ISO certifications, and HSE policies.
– Detailed company profile with organograms, CVs of key personnel, and succession plans.

Strong Nigerian Content Emphasis
In line with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010, NLNG requires bidders to demonstrate significant local participation:
– Minimum 51% Nigerian equity ownership.
– Registration on NCDMB’s NOGIC Joint Qualification System (JQS).
– Nigerian Content Plan, Human Capital Development commitments, Community Content Plan, and detailed HR structure showing Nigerian nationals in key roles.
– Facilities and infrastructure located in Nigeria.
