Dr. Bunmi Agagu-Adu has resigned from her position as Executive Director of Eterna Plc, effective May 25, 2026.
The company disclosed the development in a notification to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the investing public.
According to the statement, the Board of Directors acknowledged Dr. Agagu-Adu’s resignation and expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure with the company.
“The Board of Directors expresses its sincere appreciation to Dr. Agagu-Adu for her dedicated service, commitment, and valuable contributions to the growth and development of the Company during her tenure,” the company said.
The board also wished her success in her future endeavours.
Dr. Agagu-Adu served as Executive Director and was part of the leadership team overseeing the company’s operations and strategic initiatives. Her departure marks a change in the company’s executive management structure.
Eterna Plc did not provide further details regarding the reason for her resignation or announce a replacement in the disclosure.
