Geregu Power Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading electricity generation companies, has officially updated its registered address following board approval.
The company’s former registered address was 13 Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos. It has now been changed to 6 Onega Street, Off Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja.
In a formal notification to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public, the Board of Directors explained that the relocation of its corporate head office prompted the change. The move aims to better align the registered address with the company’s principal place of business, improve administrative and operational efficiency, and maintain accurate corporate records for stakeholders.
