About the Role
The Factory TPM Manager will ensure consistent implementation of Total Performance Management across the factory, aligning TPM practices with Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence initiatives.
The role involves strategic planning, coaching teams, driving cultural change, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the factory.
Key focus areas include improving factory performance, mentoring teams, integrating TPM with key initiatives, and reporting outcomes to the Executive Committee.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
Strategic Preparation & Management
- Integrate TPM with factory initiatives and departments
- Coordinate with external consultants as required
- Drive performance results and cultural transformation aligned with factory/market vision
- Lead goal alignment processes and communicate TPM progress to the Executive Committee
- Oversee digital transformation rollout including Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) modules
Supporting & Coaching
- Support factory manager and pillar leaders in TPM implementation
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams, fostering a positive culture
- Promote a “Zero Loss” mindset and continuous improvement
- Coordinate TPM training for the factory
- Coach pillar leaders/managers on TPM methodology
Planning and Informing
- Lead TPM promotion campaigns in the factory
- Participate in defining and executing the Factory TPM Master Plan
- Drive digital roll-out initiatives across the factory
Assessing and Diagnosing
- Assess implementation progress and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants are expected to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of factory experience, preferably as Production or Maintenance Manager
- Minimum 3 years of practical TPM implementation experience, preferably with exposure to the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance award or TPM Coaches Course
