Job Summary:
Pinnacle Digital Resources Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This is a unique, hybrid role that combines the strategic, relationship-focused functions of business development with the data-driven, experimental nature of growth marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and implement scalable marketing strategies to accelerate our growth. This role is crucial for our team and will be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for display advertising, sponsored content, and various social media advertising bundles.
Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, brands, and industry associations.
Develop compelling and customized proposals and presentations that highlight Pinnacle Daily’s unique value proposition.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.

Growth Marketing & Strategy:
Design, execute, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Utilize A/B testing, audience segmentation, and analytics to optimize campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
Analyze key metrics and data to identify trends, forecast performance, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Implement and manage digital tools and platforms to automate and scale growth efforts.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to develop new offerings that meet market demand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience (7-10 years) in either business development or a growth marketing role, with a strong interest in the other discipline.
Demonstrable experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A creative, experimental, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
