Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Part of Ultimus Holdings Recruitment may prioritize candidates with this educational background.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, leasing, or supply chain management (preferably in equipment leasing). Having such experience can give you an edge in our recruitment.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of procurement laws, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
