What You Will Be Doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

  • Orchestrating dynamic multi-channel campaigns that speak directly to parents’ hearts and minds, leveraging email, social media, paid advertising, and community partnerships
  • Crafting compelling content that guides parents through their decision journey, from first discovering Alpha Anywhere to becoming enthusiastic enrollees
  • Developing and nurturing a network of passionate parent ambassadors and affiliates who authentically share our vision
  • Taking charge of our marketing roadmap, setting ambitious yet achievable goals, and steering our strategy with data-driven insights
  • Continuously optimizing our marketing mix through rigorous testing and analysis to maximize ROI

Marketing Director Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to fuel our growth by establishing Alpha Anywhere as the trusted choice in homeschool education. This means building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that consistently delivers qualified leads through authentic brand building, data-driven campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Basic Requirement
The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A proven 4+ year track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Excellence in crafting compelling narratives for specific audiences, particularly in education or parent-focused markets
  • Strategic experience in brand development and positioning, not just implementation
  • Technical proficiency with modern marketing tools including CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and AI-powered content solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and make strategic decisions in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
