PwC is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to support the Pursuit and Proposals function within the Clients and Market Development unit.

As Brand Management, Bid & Proposal Management team, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues to design and deliver strategic sales and marketing initiatives that fuel revenue growth, elevate our brand, and open doors to new business opportunities.

You’ll harness market insights, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and cutting-edge sales strategies to engage clients and strengthen PwC’s market presence.

As part of the Proposal Strategy team, you’ll be at the heart of our most important client pursuits. Your mission? To craft compelling proposals and pitches that clearly communicate ideas, solutions, and value propositions to private clients, government agencies, NGOs, and international institutions. You’ll provide end-to-end pursuit coaching, apply PwC’s BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) methodology, manage bids, evaluate proposals, and ensure every submission is polished and persuasive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement pursuit strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
  • Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
  • Work closely with client teams to define proposal win-themes and strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform proposal approaches and continuously improve processes.
  • Maintain brand standards and accuracy across all proposal documents.
  • Manage a central repository of proposals and promote best practices in proposal management.
  • Train and raise awareness of pursuit and proposal tools within the firm.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • A bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) in any discipline.
  • APMP certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in proposal writing and bid management.
  • Experience in public sector bidding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
