Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025. Graduate Program, you must:
- Be a citizen of any African country where Puma Energy operates
- Have a recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Have graduated not more than 2 years ago.
- Have completed all National Service or NYSC obligations (where
applicable). - Be fluent in English (French, Portuguese or other languages are
added advantage). - Be open to international mobility across countries.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Be hungry to learn and build a career in the energy sector.

Structure
The one-year program follows a carefully structured pattern:
- Onboarding & Orientation — You’ll be introduced to the company’a global culture, values, policies, and global operations.
- Departmental Rotations — You’ll rotate across different
business units to gain a 360-degree understanding of how the
company operates. - Training & Certifications — Specialized training sessions
