Job Description

As an Account Manager at Nokia, you will drive the success of strategically important customer accounts, managing the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation. You will collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and operational teams, leveraging your insights into customer objectives and challenges to create tailored strategies that achieve revenue targets. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Drive revenue growth by managing key customer accounts and achieving financial targets, including order intake, sales, and cash collection.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and meet customer objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations to understand their challenges and drive effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales experts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse portfolios.
  • Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the sales team, sharing best practices and driving professional development.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in products, processes, and service delivery.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets such as order intake and sales margin.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management and strategic sales thinking.
  • Strong negotiating skills with experience in pricing strategies and contract discussions.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • A Bachelor in an Electrical or Telecommunication degree is strongly preferred.
  • An MBA in business, marketing or related domain is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
  • Familiarity with telecom products, services, and market trends.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming complex challenges.
