Nigeria Customs Service Schedules Online Test for Superintendent Cadre on October 2

NCS directs shortlisted Superintendent Cadre applicants to check their batches online, warning of strict compliance rules ahead of the October 2 recruitment test

Nigerian Customs Recruitment 2025

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced that the online recruitment test for candidates shortlisted into the Superintendent Cadre will hold on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

In a statement released on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, the NCS explained that all applicants have been grouped into three batches—A, B, and C. Candidates are expected to log in with their National Identification Number (NIN) via the official portal updates.customs.gov.ng to confirm their batch, date, and test time.

The Service stressed that strict compliance with the assigned schedule is mandatory, warning that failure to sit for the test at the designated time will lead to automatic disqualification.

Rules and Instructions for Candidates

According to the NCS guidelines, candidates:

  • Must not use calculators or any electronic devices during the test.

  • Are prohibited from logging in multiple times or switching browser windows, as this may prevent them from signing in again.

  • Should note that Inspectorate and Assistant Cadre applicants are not required to log in at this stage. Their pre-test and online test schedules will be announced later.

The announcement follows the completion of the Superintendent Cadre pre-test, which was conducted over the weekend.
