Afrobeats artiste David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has been appointed chairman of the Osun State Sports Trust Fund.
In his new role, Davido would be tasked with seeking collaborations for state athlete sponsorships, and potential sports merchandise programs that can directly benefit Osun athletes and the state’s sports infrastructure.
He is also expected to help attract sponsorships, private sector collaborations, and international visibility that local sporting institutions often struggle to achieve.
