The 32-year-old artist revealed that the baby’s father is Stefon Diggs, the talented wide receiver for the New England Patriots.
With her due date set before her upcoming “Little Miss Drama” arena tour kicks off in February, Cardi expressed a mix of enthusiasm and contentment about this new chapter.

“I’m in a really positive place right now—feeling empowered and ready to tackle everything,” she shared. As she gears up for fresh music releases and juggles family life, Cardi highlighted how supportive her relationship with Diggs has been.
“We’re both driven to excel in what we do, and that mutual encouragement means a lot.”
She opened up about how Diggs provides her with a sense of security, especially during stressful moments like her album rollout. “Just recently, I had a tough time with anxiety and criticism online—it got overwhelming,” Cardi admitted.
“People can be harsh, and it makes you second-guess sharing your work, which I pour so much heart into.”
Despite the ups and downs of public scrutiny, Cardi—born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar—credits Diggs for boosting her self-assurance. “He helps me feel unstoppable, like I can conquer anything.”
The Grammy-winning star explained that she held off on the pregnancy reveal until after securing some key business deals. Humorously, she mentioned she’s yet to break the news to her parents, admitting a bit of nervousness about their reaction.
This will be Cardi’s first child with Diggs; she already has three kids from her previous marriage to rapper Offset, which ended in a widely publicized divorce.
Reflecting on opening her heart again, Cardi recalled Diggs’ reassuring words: “Let me be the one to help you heal—give me that opportunity.”
With the baby news out, Cardi playfully urged her fans to support her upcoming album: “Go grab it so I can stock up on all the baby essentials. I’m officially a mom of four!”
Cardi described her second studio album, “Am I The Drama?,” as a well-rounded project that covers all the bases she aimed for, offering something fresh to the music scene.
