The service fee price increase by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is set to take effect on September 1, 2025, as against the earlier given date of August 1.

Post-incorporation filings for Business Names
Upload of certain required documents

Business Name: ₦25K to ₦50K representing a 100% increase
Company Registration: ₦65K to ₦150K – 131% increase
NGO/Church/Sch registration: ₦150K to ₦250K – 67% increase
Certificate Upgrade: ₦50K to ₦100K – 100% increase
SCUML: ₦95K to ₦110K – 16% increase
Trademark: ₦90K to ₦100K -11% increase
Annual Returns: ₦8K to ₦12K – 50% increase
