American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been found not guilty of sex trafficking of former girlfriend Cassie Ventura and another lady who testified under the pseudonym Jane by a jury. This was contained in a verdict read out by the jury on Wednesday.

In the verdict delivered by the jury after a long-drawn trial, the rapper was found not guilty of Racketeering conspiracy, Sex trafficking of Cassie Ventura, and sex trafficking of another of his ex-girlfriends who testified using the pseudonym Jane.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was, however, found guilty of transporting for prostitution of Cassie and others and the transportation for prostitution of Jane and others.

The maximum sentence for both convictions is 10 years, but it is very unlikely ‘Diddy’ would receive the top end of that punishment being a first time offender.
