What the program entails
This programme is designed to attract, develop, and nurture exceptional young talent, equipping them with both functional expertise and soft skills, while building a strong pipeline for the future leadership of our organisation.
Requirements for the program
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1), or an HND with Upper Credit in any of the following disciplines:
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and related STEM fields)
•Law, Humanities, Social & Management Science
• Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter.
• Not more than 3 years post-graduation experience
