About the Role
The Team Assistant will play an essential administrative and coordination role, ensuring seamless operations across divisions by managing documentation, communication, logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining efficient documentation and confidential filing systems
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and divisional events
- Managing travel logistics including visas, accommodation, and SAP Concur processing
- Handling internal and external correspondence and drafting official communications
- Taking meeting minutes and maintaining stakeholder and project databases
- Responding to non-technical stakeholder inquiries and escalating issues appropriately
- Supporting vendor-related administrative processes and recurring expense management
- Assisting procurement coordination and liaising with IT teams
- Managing distribution lists and performing general secretarial duties
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants are expected to demonstrate:
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Experience working in structured corporate or institutional environments
Fluency in additional international languages will be considered an added advantage.
