About the Role

The Team Assistant will play an essential administrative and coordination role, ensuring seamless operations across divisions by managing documentation, communication, logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Supporting vendor-related administrative processes and recurring expense management
  • Assisting procurement coordination and liaising with IT teams
  • Managing distribution lists and performing general secretarial duties

Qualifications and Requirements
