Oritsegbemi Agbajor has been named Managing Director of CardinalStone Trustees effective April 2026 bringing over 15 years of experience spanning trust services, estate planning, and capital markets to the position.
Professional Background
Before joining CardinalStone Trustees, he served as Managing Director of Mega Capital Trustees & Fiduciary Services Limited from October 2024 to April 2026, where she oversaw trusteeship operations and fiduciary services.
Before that, he was Head of Commercial Trust at ARM HoldCo between September 2021 and November 2024, leading commercial trust initiatives and client-focused fiduciary solutions.
Earlier, Agbajor served as Head of Private Trust and Acting Managing Director at Coronation Trustees from November 2018 to August 2021. During her tenure, he played a key role in expanding private trust offerings and strengthening client relationships.
He also spent six years at Stanbic IBTC, where she held positions in private and corporate trust services as well as legal advisory. He joined the institution as a Legal Officer in 2012 before moving into trust services, where he developed expertise in fiduciary management, estate planning, and regulatory compliance.
Educational Background
Agbajor is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lagos Business School, a programme scheduled to run from 2025 to 2027.
He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from University of London, earned between 2016 and 2018, with a focus on international project finance and loan syndication.
He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Benson Idahosa University and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Law (B.L.) qualification from Nigerian Law School, graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division).
This appointment is expected to strengthen CardinalStone Trustees’ position in Nigeria’s trusteeship and fiduciary services industry, leveraging her extensive experience in trust administration, estate planning, corporate trusteeship, and capital market transactions.
