NASCON Allied Industries Plc, a member of the Dangote Group, has confirmed the appointment of Aderemi Saka as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Saka succeeds to the top role after serving as Deputy Managing Director of NASCON from February 2025 to June 2026. Prior to that appointment, she was the company’s Chief Financial Officer for nearly nine years,
Career Journey
Aderemi Saka joined Dangote Industries Limited in April 2015 as a Corporate Strategy Specialist before her deployment to NASCON Allied Industries in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, where she oversaw the company’s financial operations.
In February 2025, she became NASCON’s Deputy Managing Director before being appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in June 2026.
Before joining the Dangote Group, Saka served as Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Management Company between January 2014 and March 2015.
International Finance Experience
Prior to returning to Nigeria, Saka built an extensive career in the United States, holding a series of finance and accounting positions.
She spent nearly a decade at Verizon Wireless, rising to the position of Senior Financial Analyst. During her tenure, she contributed to financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making within one of America’s largest telecommunications companies.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Financial Analyst at American Tower and held accounting roles at RIB U.S. Cost, EFI (formerly T/R Systems Inc.) and The Tax Shelter, gaining experience across taxation, financial reporting and corporate accounting.
Educational Background
Saka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
