Subject to appropriate withholding tax deductions, this final payout, when added to the interim dividend of 10 kobo already distributed at half-year, results in a total dividend of 50 kobo per ordinary share for the year.
The dividend is payable to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of the close of business on March 12, 2026. The register of shareholders will be closed from March 13, 2026, to March 18, 2026 (both dates inclusive), with March 12, 2026, serving as the qualification date.
