Television Continental (TVC) is hiring a Social Media / Digital Content Executive in VI, Lagos to drive strategy, content creation, community engagement, and measurable growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

– Create and publish platform-ready posts weekly, tailored to each social channel
– Write engaging, original stories for the website
– Maintain engagement rate
– Produce high-performing and viral content aligned with brand voice
– Ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency
– Submit all copy and content assets on schedule
– Drive audience growth with consistent monthly follower increases
– Prepare and present monthly performance and insight reports with actionable recommendations
– Pitch fresh, creative ideas aligned with brand objectives
– Implement editorial and management feedback effectively
– Oversee and manage YouTube content strategy and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

– Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital platforms
– Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
– Must have completed NYSC
– Proven experience managing brand or media social accounts
– Ability to lead and coordinate a content team
– Solid understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics
– Strong multitasking ability with a track record of meeting deadlines
– High cultural awareness and sensitivity to trends
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
