Zenith Bank Plc has announced a final dividend of ₦8.75 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, bringing its total dividend payout for the year to ₦10.00 per share, subject to shareholder approval and applicable withholding tax.

The disclosure, contained in a corporate actions notice issued from its head office in Victoria Island, Lagos, indicates that only shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as of April 24, 2026, will qualify for the dividend. The register of shareholders is scheduled to close on April 27, 2026.

Dividend payments will be made electronically on May 5, 2026, to shareholders who have completed their e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to credit their bank accounts directly. The bank advised shareholders who are yet to complete the process to download and submit the e-dividend mandate form through Veritas Registrars Limited or their respective banks to ensure seamless payment.

Zenith Bank also urged investors with unclaimed dividend warrants or outstanding share certificates to regularize their records and transition to the e-dividend platform, in line with ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processing risks.
