About the Role:

The Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management function, supporting the DGM – Finance in strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for developing robust financial models, delivering insightful analysis, tracking business performance against plans, and providing forward-looking insights to drive sustainable growth. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate operational and strategic initiatives into financial outcomes, while ensuring discipline, accuracy, and consistency in planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, cash flows, balance sheets, and project economics.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with business and functional heads to translate strategic initiatives, capex plans, and operational assumptions into financial outcomes.
  • Track key business drivers, KPIs, and unit economics, ensuring clear linkage between operational performance and financial results.
  • Support cash flow planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis, particularly for infrastructure and development projects.
  • Own the budget-to-actual tracking cadence and lead monthly performance reviews, ensuring timely closure of forecasts, variance explanations, and action tracking.
  • Prepare management dashboards, monthly MIS, and board-level presentations with clear narratives and actionable insights.
  • Ensure alignment and data integrity across FP&A outputs, accounting actuals, treasury plans, and operational inputs.
  • Establish and enforce standard FP&A calendars, templates, assumptions, and governance across functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems, including automation and use of ERP / BI tools.
  • Actively support leadership during business reviews, audits, and lender/investor discussions with robust, data-backed analysis.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, or corporate finance roles.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / CFA with a B.Sc. and/or MBA in Finance or a related field.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure, industrial parks, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, or large project-based organizations will be a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to board-level reporting, strategic planning, and long-term financial modelling preferred
  • Advanced skills in building and reviewing complex financial models, scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and translate business strategies into financial insights.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PPT; experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and planning software.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and value drivers.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

About the Role:

The company is seeking a result-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead efforts in acquiring and expanding presence among mid-market and enterprise customers, especially in the Financial Services Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Consultative selling: Understand client payment workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes to position our solutions effectively
  • Lead demos and presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to specific business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy, customer feedback, and onboarding
  • Report and forecast: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
  • Hit and exceed quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Must have worked in a company offering Core Banking Applications to MFBs, etc.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise Sales within the Financial Services/Fintech, or any Enterprise IT solutions sector is required.
  • A tertiary education qualification in any field
  • A proven network of key contacts in the Financial Services and Fintech space (to include commercial banks, MFBs, Mortgage Banks, HMOs, Insurance companies, lending, payment platforms, etc.) is required
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers, finance teams, procurement managers, IT managers, or operations leaders is required
  • Proven track record in structuring, pricing, and negotiating large-scale partnerships
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
  • Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with strong interpersonal skills
