You will be the orchestrator of seamless journeys, ensuring efficiency, precision, and world-class service for high-profile individuals and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Manage multi-leg international travel for executives and teams, ensuring smooth transfers and zero delays.
- Protocol & Compliance: Oversee airport protocol, lounge access, security arrangements, and visa processes.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate disruptions and proactively implement backup plans.
- Cost & Efficiency Management: Optimize travel expenditures without compromising safety or quality.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with airlines, premium hotels, and other travel service providers.
Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, International Relations, or related fields.
- IATA Certification (Highly preferred).
- Professional Travel Agent/Consultant certification.
- Customer Service Excellence training.
Experience:
- 4–7 years in Corporate Travel Management, Hospitality, or Executive Assistance.
- Proven experience in managing international travel, visa procurement (STR, Business, Transit), and executive meet-and-greet services.
- Established network with Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), airlines, and premium hotel chains.
