Saudi Arabia has unveiled Saudi Eksab Company for International Investments, a newly established entity capitalized at $1 billion. This marks another major step in the Kingdom’s efforts to expand its global investment footprint.
The company is headed by Yazeed Saleh Al-Yahya as Chief Executive Officer and boasts a blue-chip board of directors chaired by H.E. Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance. Board members include Ahmed Al Khateeb, Faisal Alibrahim, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud, Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Mohammad Mazyed Al-Tuwaijri, and Yasir Al Rumayyan. This reflects the strategic importance of the new entity in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic agenda.
About Yazeed Saleh Al-Yahya
Mr. Al-Yahya brings over a decade of experience across both the private and public sectors. He began his career in 2011 as a Financial Analyst at SABIC. Before joining The Family Office Company in Bahrain and New York for one year, he worked at SABIC. Between 2015 and 2020, he served as Client Advisor and Founding Team Member at Watar Partners, a boutique investment advisory firm.

In 2021, Al-Yahya transitioned to the public sector as Executive Director of Investments at the National Development Fund (NDF). He was promoted to Senior Executive Director, Head of Investments in 2023. His leadership at NDF helped drive the fund’s diversification and impact investment strategies.
In June 2024, he joined the board of United International Transportation Company (Budget Rent-a-Car). In January 2025, he was appointed CEO of Saudi Eksab Company for International Investments. He is tasked with building and managing the Kingdom’s next-generation investment platform.
