Job Description
The Client Success team at Norstella is a global unit with professionals across the UK, US, Japan, China, and India.
The team focuses on delivering value through customer engagement, retention strategies, and optimizing client experience.
As a Client Success Manager, you will:
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and deliver value using Citeline and Evaluate products
- Support renewals and new business development alongside the sales team
- Drive account retention, growth, and upsell opportunities
- Monitor account health and implement strategies to mitigate risks
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Deliver onboarding experiences and training for new users
- Act as the Voice of the Customer and improve overall customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product usage and efficiency
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage a pipeline of business growth
- Partner with Sales for account strategy and execution
- Provide proactive insights and product expertise
- Ensure onboarding success within the first 30 days
- Maintain high engagement levels with clients
- Drive customer success and revenue growth
