POINTICELLI is hiring: A Subsea Project Manager

Pointicelli is hiring a subsea fabrication project manager to join their team, responsible to lead fabrication projects of subsea structures for offshore installations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the project manager of Ponticelli Frères Group Management on a dedicated subsea fabrication project, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, focused on offshore subsea structures such as mud mats, frames, and metallic supports.

OTHER ROLE INCLUDES:

Full compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) policies throughout the project.
Fulfillment of all contractual obligations toward clients, service providers, and subcontractors.
Achievement of financial and operational goals set by the group.
Effective communication and coordination with all external stakeholders.

PROFILE WANTED

• Engineering degree (general or specialized in subsea, structural, or mechanical disciplines) or equivalent experience in offshore/subsea fabrication and construction.
• At least 8 years of significant experience managing subsea fabrication projects.
• Deep understanding of subsea engineering, particularly related to mudmats and metallic offshore structures.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects from tender to completion.
• Strong ability to implement and enforce QSHE policies.
• Recognized leadership skills with the ability to delegate and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and client communication.
• Autonomous, proactive, reliable, rigorous, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work offshore as required.
• Proficient in IT tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to define and monitor project performance indicators (KPIs).
• Fluent in English.
