Oando PLC has officially commenced the second tranche of its share distribution under the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) resolution, following the successful completion of Tranche 1 in August 2025.
The company, in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, confirmed that Tranche 2 will involve the distribution of 604,348,395 ordinary shares to shareholders listed on the register as of the Tranche 2 qualification date, Monday, 30 June 2025.
Shareholders will receive shares on a pro-rata basis of two new ordinary shares for every 27 existing shares held.

How Shares Will be Distributed
The distribution is scheduled to be completed on or before Tuesday, 31 March 2026. Fractional entitlements arising from the allocation will be rounded down to the nearest whole number if less than 0.5, and rounded up if above.

This phased distribution is part of Oando PLC’s broader plan to execute the AGM resolution within 36 months, which began on 30 January 2025, ensuring shareholders receive their allocated shares efficiently and transparently.
Oando’s phased approach is expected to further strengthen shareholder confidence while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
