Nigerian Breweries Plc has disclosed that its Board Chairman, Mrs. Juliet Chinyere Anammah, has acquired 60,000 ordinary shares of the company.
According to the Notification of Share Dealing filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on 24th March 2026, the transaction was executed in two tranches:
- 1,039 shares at ₦77.95 per share
- 58,961 shares at ₦78.00 per share
The aggregated volume of 60,000 shares was purchased at an average price of approximately ₦77.97 per share.

Mrs Juliet Anammah was appointed as the substantive Chairman of Nigerian Breweries Plc, effective 1st January 2025. She has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since January 2022 and has a distinguished career in strategy, sustainability, and executive leadership, including roles as former CEO of Jumia Nigeria and Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Jumia Group.
