MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has declared an interim dividend of N5 per 2 kobo ordinary share. This is for the period ended September 30, 2025, according to a statement issued by the company’s Board of Directors.
The dividend, which is subject to appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members. The cut-off date is at the close of business on November 20, 2025.
The telecommunications giant announced that the Register of Shareholders will be closed from November 21, 2025. This closure is to enable preparation for the payment process.

Additionally, the company advised shareholders with unclaimed dividends to check the list of outstanding payments. They should complete the necessary e-dividend registration to facilitate payment.
