McNichols Consolidated Plc has appointed Mrs. Janet Ifare Peter as its acting Finance Manager effective 13 April 2026 following the resignation of its Finance Manager, Mr. Adebayo Temitope.
Mrs. Peter will serve in this interim capacity until a substantive Finance Manager is appointed following due process. In an official statement, the Board of Directors noted that Mr Temitope had chosen to step down to attend to personal matters.
About Janet Ifare Peter
Mrs. Janet Ifare Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Uyo and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
She joined the McNichols Finance team in June 2025 and brings relevant experience to the role during this transition period. The Company emphasized that the leadership change will not disrupt ongoing operations or financial reporting obligations.
