Legend Internet has announced the payment of a final dividend of 6 kobo per share for every 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial period ended July 31, 2025, subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholders’ approval.
According to a corporate action notice issued filed by the company on NGX, the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on October 29, 2025. The register will be closed from October 30, 2025, to facilitate dividend processing.
The company confirmed that no bonus shares were proposed for the period. Payment of the approved dividend will be made electronically on November 7, 2025, to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated their registrars to credit their bank accounts directly.
Legend Nigeria also urged shareholders who are yet to complete their e-dividend registration to download and fill the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form available on the website of DataMax Registrars Limited (www.datamaxregistrars.com) and submit it to the Registrar or their respective banks.
The company also announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will hold on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Fraser Suites, No. 294 Leventis Close, Central Business District, Abuja, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
