Residents of several parts of Kogi state are expected to experience widespread blackout following a scheduled maintenance on the Okene transmission substation by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN).
The areas affected by the maintenance scheduled for 10 am – 6 pm on Wednesday include: Oro layout, Okenngwen, Adavi, Ihima, Ogale Aduge, Kabba, Ogogi, Magongon and its environs.
Similarly, residents of Tegina, Kagara, Mariga, Pandogari and environs in Niger state are also affected by the maintenance exercise on the Tegina transmission substation on the same day between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
