Former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and social media star-turned-boxer Jake Paul have completed their official weigh-in ahead of their much-anticipated boxing bout in Miami, with a clear size difference between the two fighters.
Joshua came in just under the agreed limit, weighing 243.4 pounds (110kg), comfortably inside the maximum of 245 pounds set for the contest.
The British boxer appeared leaner than usual, marking his lightest weight in several years as he prepares for his return to the ring.

Paul, meanwhile, weighed 216 pounds (98kg), significantly lighter than his opponent but heavier than his usual cruiserweight range.
Despite the gap of more than 12 kilograms, the American remained confident, using the weigh-in to energise the crowd and claim he would deliver a major upset.
The face-off briefly turned tense when Joshua swatted Paul’s hand away during the staredown, making it clear he was not interested in theatrics.
Speaking afterwards, Joshua said experience and skill would decide the fight, describing himself as a “serious fighter” ready to outclass his opponent.
The eight-round bout will take place on Friday night at Miami’s Kaseya Center, with both fighters wearing 10-ounce gloves.
It marks Joshua’s first appearance since his knockout loss to Daniel Dubois in 2024, while Paul continues his push to be taken seriously in professional boxing.
