Geregu Power Plc has announced the appointment of StructureHQ (SHQ Legal) as its new Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, effective October 16, 2025.
The appointment follows the resignation of the company’s former secretary, Mr. Akinleye Olagbende.
In a statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), Geregu Power said SHQ Legal will provide “comprehensive legal and governance support tailored to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and sound governance practices.”
The Board of Directors welcomed SHQ Legal, expressing confidence in the firm’s expertise and commitment to upholding the company’s governance standards. “The Board looks forward to a productive relationship with SHQ Legal in the discharge of its company secretarial and legal advisory functions,” the statement added.
