Position: Front Desk Officer Intern
Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited is currently hiring a smart, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Intern.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or NYSC corps members looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and corporate communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, including screening and directing them appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, mail handling, and record keeping
- Provide support to other departments when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / HND) in any discipline
- Open to NYSC members or fresh graduates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly personality
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
