Eterna plc Non-Executive Director Emmanuel Omuojine has purchased 15,000 units of Eterna Plc ordinary shares at N31.95 per share on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), Lagos, in an insider transaction.

Eterna Plc announced a share dealing transaction on the NGX on Thursday, in line with regulatory requirements for transparency in securities trading by company insiders.

According to a notice signed by David Edet, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, the disclosure was filed as an initial notification.

The company reiterated that the disclosure aligns with statutory obligations to report dealings by directors and other insiders, thereby ensuring continued compliance with market transparency and corporate governance requirements.
