The platform is known for democratizing access to savings and investment products, enabling users to automate savings and invest in Nigerian and U.S. Dollar-denominated assets, including stocks and mutual funds.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with Cowrywise customers, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. This hybrid full-time position allows staff to work partly remotely while remaining based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels with accuracy, clarity, and empathy.

  • Explain savings and investment concepts in simple, actionable terms.

  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide recommendations to improve products and processes.

  • Deliver an experience that keeps customers engaged and willing to recommend Cowrywise.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BSc/HND degree.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong interest in fintech and wealth management.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

  • Patience, resilience, and empathy to connect with customers.

  • Passion for people, data, and products.

  • Experience in fast-paced client-facing environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000/month
