Leading manufacturing company Beta Glass Plc has announced a new vacancy for the position of Human Resources Specialist at its head office in Lagos, as part of efforts to strengthen its workforce operations and administrative efficiency.

The HR Specialist will also support payroll processes by distributing plant-specific payroll reports.
Additionally, the role emphasizes digital transformation, requiring the candidate to assist in transitioning employee records into digital systems for improved data management and analysis.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with one to three years of relevant experience.
Candidates with internship or volunteer experience in HR will have an added advantage.
A basic understanding of HR principles and Nigerian labor laws is required, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar platforms, is also considered beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills are essential for the role.
