Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (graduate, junior, mid-level, and senior positions).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support offer management, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Experience hiring for fintech, tech, sales, or operations roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Payroll Specialist

Opay is also seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary payments in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, payroll systems experience, and a solid understanding of local payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Ensure correct computation of salaries, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and statutory payments.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, pension, NHF, and other statutory regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
  • Support payroll system improvements and process optimization.
