Program Management Role

The Program Management role is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and tracking of business change programs. It includes spotting risks, improving processes, and making sure operations run smoothly. In addition, the role involves giving insights that help leaders make sound decisions. To succeed, candidates need strong program management, people skills, and problem-solving ability. As a result, projects can be delivered effectively and improve business performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help plan, carry out, and track business change projects in the mobility sector.

  • Ensure programs match company goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Find weak points in business processes and suggest ways to fix them.

  • Work with teams to build tools and solutions that improve efficiency and smooth operations.

  • Track and report program risks while ensuring rules and company standards are followed.

  • Support teamwork across departments and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

  • Provide regular reports, advice, and insights to leaders to guide decisions.

  • Measure program results against goals such as budget use, deadlines met, and risk control.

  • In addition, support team planning, staff growth, and performance tracking within the program.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of project/program management methods and best practices.

  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business analysis, product work, or strategy (global or FMCG experience is an advantage).

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

  • Excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work well in cross-team groups, take initiative, and drive results.
