Axion Global Engineering Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, expand market presence and manage performance of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Manage and develop the regional sales team, including setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives on effective sales prospecting, client engagement, and closing techniques.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers and business partners.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key distributors and sub-distributors.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide detailed reports to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
Educational qualification: Bachelor degree: In marketing and sales or any related field
- 9–10 years proven sales experience with strong results.
- Established relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
- Tech-friendly: able to use smartphone tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven.
