The Role
The company is looking for a talented Professional Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping how brands communicate visually across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling social media flyers and creatives Create polished, professional presentations (internal & client use)
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals Collaborate with social media and strategy teams for cohesive campaigns
Adapt designs for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Maintain consistency, creativity, and quality across multiple accounts
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (both are a plus)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding
Experience creating engaging marketing and social media visuals
Ability to take direction and contribute creative ideas
Highly organised and comfortable working remotely
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or service-based brands is an advantage
Must have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and structure
You can transform ideas into eye-catching visuals
You understand how design drives engagement
You’re detail-oriented and committed to polished work
You can manage multiple requests without compromising quality

Qualifications & Experience
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
•3 years of experience in printing operations, preferably within paper or FMCG packaging.
•Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
•Strong knowledge of flexographic and/or offset printing processes.
•Experience with QSR or food-grade packaging production is an added advantage.
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
